My working life has been spent close to data. I worked in research at the European University Institute in Florence, at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and at Sciences Po in Paris, and then for more than seven years as a data scientist and machine‑learning consultant to over fifty companies across the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, India and the Gulf. Today I am President of Insightrix SASU, a Paris consultancy that helps founders and regulated businesses build AI systems that can stand up to scrutiny. I am curious about things that do some good, and I would rather be involved in a few of them for a long time than in many briefly.
